Cross country skiing in the Auvergne
In winter we often welcome cross country skiers in our accommodation. Cross country skiing is a popular activity in the Auvergne. But because of the great number of trails, it is pleasantly quiet.
The 16 miles of trails of Le Mont-Dore are connected by connecting trails with the trails of Chastreix-Sancy, Les Longes, la Plaine Brûlée and those of La Tour d’Auvergne/la Stèle. Cross country skiers can enjoy about 155 miles of cross country trails.
